About Me |

By studying architecture, I would say that I am always questioning why things appear as they do and why they do what they do. I believe this is quite a valuable trait, since it is always much more rewarding when one understands the criteria behind certain elements. I tend to think that architecture is a discipline that evolves with the individual, in that it is apparent that we all have different personalities before creating architecture, which serves as a conduit to portray what the individual need is that would ultimately serve a wider populace. By analysing what exactly is needed by a community, it is easier to identify the key areas of concern that are prevalent within the area in question and to build a substantial depository that suggests ideas that could improve situations. This is exactly what architecture has done for me and how I analyze my surroundings, whether I am on vacation or on a research based field trip with a particular organisation.
